  4. By booking a vehicle with Nova Transport Services Ltd, you enter into a contract with us for the provision of a driver and vehicle, in accordance with the requirements of the Private Hire Vehicles (London) Act 1998 and the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976.
  5. If certain services in your order are unavailable, we will contact you to discuss whether to wait or cancel the order.

Prices and Payment

  1. Prices are quoted in pounds (£) sterling and may be subject to additional charges and VAT. They are calculated based on base fare, distance, time, and any special add-ons such as wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
  2. Upon booking, you will be provided with an accurate estimate of the cost.
  3. Full payment is required before the company will accept your order.
  4. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you to confirm if you wish to proceed with the amended order.

Cancellations

  1. You may cancel your order up to 24 hours before the scheduled service, except in specific circumstances.
  2. To cancel, you must notify us with your details and order reference number.
  3. If cancelled within the specified time frame, you will receive a full reimbursement using the same payment method.
  4. You cannot cancel once the service has started.
  5. Your statutory rights are not affected by this cancellation policy.

Warranty and Liability

  1. Notify us within 24 hours if you believe a service was inadequate.
  2. We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. In case of a breach, we may re-perform the service, waive fees, or issue refunds.
  3. We may subcontract a booking to another licensed operator if unable to fulfil the order due to unforeseen circumstances. However, Nova Transport Services Ltd retains responsibility for the journey.
